.After over 12 months of searching for the "perfect" home plan for our family, we saw a home with Wilko's sign out the front.  After contacting John and viewing the home, this was the one. 

John and his staff made the planning easy.  Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. 

Up-to-date phone calls on progress of our home made us feel at ease to know that everything was under control.  The workmanship and finished product was of extremely high quality and this was reinforced by family and friends who visit our home.
