Our family moved up to Townsville from Brisbane in January 2001.  On arrival we commenced renting while we researched the Townsville Real Estate Market with a view to acquiring our dream home.  Over the next couple of years we thoroughly researched both he second hand housing market and the Townsville building industry.
 
In October 2002 we made the decision to build a new home in Fairfield Waters through Wilkinson Homes.  We were impressed by John Wilkinson because of his professionalism, customer service, the obvious quality of his product and the competitive price in a very active market.
 
Building was commenced in April 2003 and completed in August 2003.  During that time we found Wilkinson Holmes's team and tradespersons to be friendly, helpful and always ready with handy advice.  They took obvious pride in their work and the end result was a quality home.
