This house at 33 Milgate Crescent, Kirwan is truly an entertainer's delight. What appears to be a simple covered patio extension actually presented the team at Wilkinson Homes with quite a challenge.

The new roof trusses had to marry with the existing roof and surrounds. A special stainless steel box gutter had to be tailor-made to form the base of the short valley gutter yet remain deep enough for the water volume. Drains were also installed in the slab for increased control of water flow.

The huge patio now overlooks a modern pool and blends in beautifully with the main house.

It is a great outdoor addition for the young family.
